- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-made, personalized jewelry, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange.

- Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Local Orders (Lebanon)
- Delivery within 7-10 working days after your order is confirmed.
International Orders
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may include additional shipping time. Generally, international orders will arrive within 7-10 working days plus transit time.
